Under attack?

Something's wrong.
Let's get it under control.

If your site is down, hacked, flooded with traffic or behaving strangely, tell us what you're seeing. You'll get a case number immediately and the report goes straight to our incident inbox.

Tell us what happened

Answer what you can. If you don't know something, say so: a partial report now is more useful than a complete one later.

Following up?

Only if you've already reported this incident.

We'll add this report to that incident instead of opening a new one.

How we respond to an active attack

  1. Get us in the loop

Send the report below. You get a case number straight away, and our team receives the details with a priority set from what you told us.

  2. Contain the attack

We review the case, confirm the priority and take the first containment steps that fit the situation: blocking traffic at the edge, isolating a site, or taking a compromised component offline.

  3. Stabilize & investigate

Once things are under control we restore service, look for the cause and tell you what we found and what we changed. Everything is recorded on your case.

The priority on your case reflects the information in your report and may change after our review. It is not a response-time commitment. Response targets are in our Support & Incident Policy.
